As I am not a tool makers backside and I'm teaching myself as I go my tools are handmade and a bit like their maker not particularly attractive, rough around the edges, functional and hard working (within reason).

Made from brass and whatever hardwood I can lay my hands on, usually recycled Red gum railway sleepers, Jarrah or laminated offcuts stabilised with coloured resin.

The Bloody fid has a resin core.

Bloody Prickers are recycled screwdrivers, ground to a point and smoothed. The original handle has been removed and replaced with Australian hardwood.

Oh, I can make sheaths for the tools as well if required. They are made using Blood Knot cotton cord tied and are tied specifically for each individual tool. The cord is then treated with a mixture of shellac and Stockholm tar.
