I'm very happy to say that Australia Post has resumed shipping to the US, which means I can too. Whoopee!!!!. Unfortunately, due to tariffs and US handling fees, US customers will have 11% (AUD) added to products they purchase. I don't like this anymore than you do but it's totally beyond my control.

Refund/Return Policy

I am happy to supply a refund to any customer who is unhappy with any of my products upon receipt.  If a customer is unhappy with a product please email me at the linked email address. [email protected].  

In the unlikely event a product is faulty, I will offer a refund for that particular item.  In most cases, returns wont be necessary but if they are, it will be at the cusomers expense.

While it has not happened to date, I cannot be held responsible for items damaged during the shipping process but I am willing to consider refunds in certain circumstances.

I will not refund shipping costs.
